Court clears the way for prosecutors to seek death penalty against YNW Melly

An appeals court has cleared the way for prosecutors to seek the death penalty against Jamell Demons, the rapper professionally known as YNW Melly, putting the 2018 murder case back on track to be presented to a jury.
